We’ve added a couple of delicious new items to our winter menu: a cheese plate and a chocolate dessert that you’re going to want to come in and try right away.
The Alesmith Plate features a trio of cheeses: Haystack Mountain pepper goat jack, Irish whiskey cheddar and Roth buttermilk blue. We also add a few cranberries, apricots, smoked almonds and flatbread crackers to the mix. This plate pairs well with wine and even better with beer.
In keeping with the trio theme, our Brix Chocolate Board is a trio of chocolate bites: extra dark 70% cacao, medium dark 60% cacao and milk chocolate. It’s served up with dried strawberries, blueberries and pineapple and topped with a decadent dulce de leche drizzle. This is a great dessert that pairs beautifully with our red wine flight.
