It’s just gin, vermouth and Campari, but for nearly 100 years, bartenders have been putting their own spin on the Negroni, a classic apertif that evokes La Dolce Vita of a frolic through the Italian countryside. For the first week of June each year, bars around the world will serve their own version of the Negroni, and donate to a favorite charity.
We’ve chosen to donate $1 from every Negroni we serve during the week to TEDx Cody, which just completed an acclaimed inaugural presentation last month. Fund will help the TEDx team make next year’s event even better.
So come in for a Negroni, learn a few twists on the old recipe from our tireless bartenders, and pick up a bottle of Campari to take home, lest your bar seem utterly provincial and uncosmopolitan without one.
